There's essentially 2 types of people that I've worked with:-
- 1) Leaders with a clear vision who are catalysts to positive change
- 2) Highly paid rubber stampers with an ego that match their salary -> The Dark Manager!
Being a manager has a strange way of changing your behavior. It's sorta like growing old, the more years you gain, the smaller your balls get. You're crankier but at the same time mellower, slowing down & less concerned with whats happening.
